most women are never satisfied with anything. they are always looking for something better. a better pair of shoes, a better man, a better something or other. just like mrs. roper. that's my experience.
Wait! That was my other jaded self. Oops. I meant to say...
My experience has been excellent. It's very easy to take care of your typical Mrs. Roper type. Just listen and be patient and everything works out great in the long run. You just aim to please and great things happen. Simple as that. You'll run into some difficulties from time to time, but nothing you can't solve with a little effort.
Hey! I just found this blog post of my book and this LOOONG, funny discussion! I just dropped by to say Hi, and thanks for posting this pic. If you haven't gone to the website yet, it's got some more fun stuff there-
For once, I'm at a loss for funny, sassy words! What a book to write and sell!
ReplyDeleteYes it sure is. Important stuff.
ReplyDeleteAh, now I know where you got all your woman wisdom.
ReplyDeleteHa ha. Very funny. No, I'm not really a Star Trek kind of guy. I'm more in the Three's Company or Mork and Mindy advice column.
ReplyDeleteBoth great shows...gotta love Jack Tripper.
ReplyDeleteI like Mr. Roper. He's one bad ass.
ReplyDeleteI love Mrs. Roper's fashion sense. She knew how to work a mu mu.
ReplyDeleteThat's my idea of a perfect woman! Mrs. Roper was never satisfied.

You are right! Isn't that most women?
ReplyDeleteWhat's your experience?
ReplyDeleteI think it all depends on your spouse. Though I'm sure that Stanley was just never going to be as voracious a lover as Mrs. Roper needed.
I am not sure about that. I like to think that Mr. Roper was just as randy as she was, but age got the best of him.
ReplyDeleteGood use of the word "randy."
ReplyDeleteSo, what's your experience?
ReplyDeleteoh, my experiences are just miserable. you don't want to hear about them.
ReplyDeleteTry me. It's good for the soul to share.

ReplyDeleteWow. Someone sounds jaded.
ReplyDeleteI like oyster crackers.

I don't know which one I believe. Perhaps a little bit of both.
ReplyDeleteI am very beliveable no matter which way you slice it. I prefer it if you don't slice it on an angle though. Straight down the middle for me.
ReplyDeleteWhatever you say Christopher.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure what that means.
ReplyDeleteThere is no hidden meaning. Just whatever you say. Straight down the middle.
ReplyDeleteYou like it an an angle?
ReplyDeleteI do.
ReplyDeleteI do.
ReplyDeleteThat explains A LOT!
ReplyDeleteThe difference between slicing it straight or at an angle can be very telling. It just means that someone has to compromise.
ReplyDeleteDon't you like things a little off center, sandwiches cut on the diagonal? You know living on the edge.
ReplyDeleteCompromise? What is that?
ReplyDeleteI do like things a little off center, but sometimes I prefer things to be right down the middle. An even compromise, if you will.
ReplyDeleteIt seems you might have a little bit of learning to do in that department. You'll need to find a suitable tutor.
Perhaps. Now that is the hard part.
ReplyDeleteThat's the easy part. You just aren't trying hard enough.
ReplyDeleteHow do you know?
ReplyDeleteJust a lucky guess.
ReplyDeleteOh ok. Whatelse do you know?
ReplyDeleteNot too much. I probably need a tutor too.
ReplyDeleteI really need one!
ReplyDeleteI am sure you can find one if you really want one.
ReplyDeleteI should start looking.
ReplyDeleteYes. Waiiting is lame. Get started now.
ReplyDeleteI think I need to put an ad out. I have no clue where to find one.
ReplyDeleteAn ad might help. However, there is a slim chance you are beyond help.
ReplyDeleteI already believe that I am beyond help.
