Sometimes you are lucky and you're sitting on the right side of the plane as you fly over the city. It's always a treat to look down at the city, day or night. Just don't do it in a helicopter.

That aerial view of Manhattan is one of my fav of all time that you've posted, & that says a lot since I like almost everything you put up! So rad--esp since every time I try to take pix out a plane window, I get a lovely wing shot!! Nice art :)

Great shot - used to see this a lot when I lived in NY. No better nighttime view from a plane in the US.
