This is a prime example of why people don't sleep well in New York City. These four guys are out after midnight with jack hammers and bright lights digging up the street making an enormous racket. The good thing is that these construction workers (probably on city overtime) are close to Trump Tower so The Donald and Ivanka and the rest of the Trump clan have to deal with the noise. Aren't you glad these guys aren't outside your house right now?
