I love the idea of the Coffee C'Art & hope you're having fun doing it. Just don't suspend the cart too high off the ground, or your patrons of smaller stature won't be able to reach their C'off-ee.
What an interesting idea....! When I loose my job, that could be a nice occupation for me.. an Art Coffee stand... hmmm
