I was going out today and ran into the lovely Miss Universe from Venezuela, Stefania Fernandez, at the elevator. She doesn't speak a lot of English yet, but she told me that her new word for today is "interview." I tried to teach her another word, "neighbor," as I pointed to my door, but I'm not totally sure she understood.
She was very nice to pose for a picture for me. I think I would have been better off teaching her to say, "freshly baked chocolate chip cookies." It doesn't matter what language you speak, everyone understands that.

Love the 'auto-pose mode' she is adopting. Everytime she sees a camera, a body must automatically spasm into this shape.
Would you have it any other way? Auto-pose is auto-excellent as far as I am concerned. :)
Did I mention that she was wearing what looked to be 5 or 6 inch tall heels? I guess I forgot that detail. She seriously towered over me and I'm not short.
What can I say? You lucky dog!? Great shot of a very beautiful young woman!
Looks like she should eat a few of those cookies.
lol
I wish you hadn't made me even think of Miss Universe and chocolate chip cookies in the same thought. That's mean. You WILL keep working on the word "neighbor" I am certain. (She IS lovely!!)
What WILL you post tomorrow??
There's really no telling what I'll post tomorrow. That's a good reason to keep coming back, isn't it? Life is very good for me right now.
I'll say life is good for you. Understatement!! (The question is, are you up for teaching HER to bake the cookies?)
Very lovely photo. If you pointed to your door, I am fairly certain she may have gotten the wrong message! But she looks happy!
a bonny lass indeed; you should have mentioned "galletas del chocolate"
